TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE HISTORIC HOTELS ON-LINE RESERVATIONS SYSTEM.
I.- THE SYSTEM
1. The historic Hotels reservations system allows you to make reservations in real time for any Parador or Historic Hotels and for any date of the year, in accordance with the conditions established herein.
2. To use this application, you must provide your credit card number to confirm your reservation, full amount of reservation will be charged to confirm reservation and your e-mail address so that we may send you any necessary information regarding the status of your reservation.
3. All rates and promotions, are subject to the sales conditions published for each one of them. These are available on the Historic Hotels web site.
4. We recommend that, once you have completed your transaction, you check reservation Voucher provided. In order to verify all details are correct .
II.- DATA SECURITY
5. So that your confidential information cannot be intercepted, communications between your computer and our server are supported by a security protocol called SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which guarantees the encryption of your data and server authentication, thus guaranteeing those who visit our site that they are sending their data to a trustworthy company.
6. All of your data will be treated as strictly confidential and will be used only for Paradors / Historic Hotels marketing activities.
III.- RESERVATIONS
7. Reservations may be made for a maximum of three rooms per Parador.
8. For each hotel, reservations may be made for a maximum stay of 15 nights.
IV.- CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATIONS
9. The system will provide details of the reservation made, together with a 'Voucher Number ', which should be used for any other transaction or enquiry.
10. Confirmation of reservations, as provided by the system, remains subject to validation of your credit card information by the system . Should there be any error in the credit card information provided, your reservations will not be confirmed.
11. On consulting 'availability and prices' and in 'confirmation of reservation': The total amount of the stay of the customer will be displayed.
The bill for the services purchased through the present reservation can be requested through our reservations department.
V.- MODIFYING RESERVATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
12. Modifications may be made to a confirmed reservation, including changes to the arrival/departure dates and the rate selected (in accordance with rates in effect at the time the change is made).
13. An administration fee will be levied against any modifications you make to your original booking based on the following time periods: ten working days or more prior to arrival – ten percent of the total booking amount; outside this period – booking amount non-refundable in its entirety.
14. No shows will be charged 100% of the total amount.
15. All modifications must be made directly with our Customer Services department (customerservices@hoteles.es, +34 952 868 771). Cancellations or modifications made directly with the parador will not ensure the correct transaction.
VI.- GENERAL
16. Proceeding with any transaction constitutes full acceptance of the present terms and conditions.
17. You must be at least 18 years of age to perform any transaction.
18. Historic hotels reserves the right to hold the user accountable for any wrongful use of this system or for non-compliance with the rules included in the present terms and conditions.
19. The client is the only responsible for the bad/incorrect use of the service of those who operate under its name, using its personal details.
20. Historic Hotels takes no responsibility for interruptions, unavailability or any other type of error experienced during the operation of this system due to those problems that may occur with any telecommunications or accessory services not connected with this company but required for the operation of the same.
21. The present on-line reservations system shall be considered to be undergoing testing for a period of 12 months, from the first day on-line and thus Paradores de Turismo de España, S.A. reserves the right to make any changes it may see fit, including interruption or withdrawal of the same, during the previously stated period. |
