The new four star Parador de la Granja is located in southern Segovia province surrounded by the Guadarrama Mountains. It is 11km from Segovia, 98km from Madrid and 145km from Toledo.
This parador comprises two buildings on the same site: the one where the hotel accommodation is situated (Casa de los Infantes or Princes House) was built in the eighteenth century by Carlos III for the princes Gabriel and Antonio. The second building is the Cuartel General de la Guardia de Corps (once the Royal Bodyguard barracks) which houses a modern conference centre with 16 meeting rooms (two of which have a capacity for 500 people).
The accommodation at the Parador de la Granja comprises 113 Rooms (7 with a separate living room) which come well equipped with central air conditioning and heating, internet access, a mini bar, in room safe, satellite television and direct dial telephone.
Sports and leisure amenities at the parador include a gymnasium, sauna, tennis courts and outdoor and indoor swimming pools. La Granja is located in the southern part of Segovia province, in the vicinity of the Guadarrama Mountains. From Madrid, take the AP-6 road. After the Guadarrama tunnel, take the AP-61 to exit 88 (all directions), and the SG-20/N110 ring road, following the signs for La Granja. La Granja is 11Km. from Segovia and 98 Km. from Madrid.
