The three star Parador de Cazorla is an Andalusian country house situated in the Cazorla Nature Reserve in Sacejo. The hotel is surrounded by forests where deer, wild boar and ibex live with panoramic views of the surroundings and hillsides covered with pine trees. It is reached by driving up a twenty eight kilometre mountain road.

The rustic restaurant specialises in game which appears on the menu regularly during the hunting season. Dishes worth sampling include "Gachamiga", a local dish of flour, bread crumbs and bacon; "Chuleta de venado en salsa de almendras estilo Cazorla" which are chops served in a tasty sauce; "pisto" which are fried vegetables and "pipirrana" which is an Andalusian mixed salad The National Park of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas offer the opportunity for hunting, fishing, walking, horse riding, cross country driving or mountain biking. The swimming pool at the parador has impressive views over the Nature Reserve.
