The four star Parador de Aiguablava is located right on the on the edge of the spectacular Punta Dés Muts wooded peninsula just one kilometre from the beach in the province of Girona. It is a sixty minute drive from the north of Barcelona on Spain’s Costa Brava coast, with Girona and Barcelona Airports 54km 137km away respectively. The closest town is Figueras which is the birthplace of Salvador Dali and a where a museum dedicated to his work is situated.
The Parador de Aiguablava sits on a rocky promontory on Cape of Bagur. It offers amazing views with sheer cliffs towering over its protected beach and white villas dotted around the wooded hills.
Aiguablava has excellent transport communication links via the motorway to seaside towns and sandy beaches extending as far as Pota-Bou which is on the edge of the Pyrenees and the French border.
